Request for help

Hey LOVErs! I'm asking for some volunteers to help with the race. This being the third time around (third time's a charm, eh?), I have some idea about what I need in terms of volunteers. I'm not asking for a great deal of involvement, just some extra hands and bodies on race day. If you are good online, I can use some help in promoting via social media. I'd be more involved in all that, but I sit all day in front of a monitor, and the last thing I want to do at home is do some more. I'm thinking of a facebook page and an occasional twitter feed. Twitter will probably be much more important to get info out on the day before and the morning of the race - in case of bad weather or whatever. I need several bodies for maybe a half hour on race day to stand around the first half of the course directing the few cars that come around. And most of all, I need RUNNERS.
